Project Lead, Payroll (Hybrid) at Homebase

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end payroll implementation from kickoff to first payroll run.
• Collect and reconcile complex customer data: entity details, demographics, YTD.
• Train customers on Homebase Payroll for confident onboarding.
• Investigate payroll questions by researching regulations and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Sales to address blockers needing customer follow-up.
• Maintain Salesforce records and surface product feedback to improve tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Implementation/Onboarding/Payroll/PM at a SaaS company.
• Proven PM across multiple client engagements.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for large data.
• CRM (Salesforce) experience; basic troubleshooting.
• AI Fluency: use AI tools, test solutions, evaluate performance.
• Clear, confident communicator with cross-functional teams.
