📋 Description

• Research property to determine voice talent and character context.
• Cast talent via auditions and match voices to characters.
• Coordinate with Talent Coordinators on booth assignments and talent lists.
• Direct voice talent's performance (technical and emotional).
• Read and adapt ADR scripts for each session and actor.
• Communicate with ADR writers about project needs and line rewrites.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of voice directing experience.
• Experience reading ADR scripts.
• Creative direction for voice talent; adapt characters for English audience while preserving intent.
• Experience leading, managing, or mentoring teams.
• Collaborating with actors, ADR engineers, and assistant directors.
• Familiarity with audio post-production and sound engineering is a plus.
