• Manage day-to-day operations of satellite shop with two technicians.
• Diagnose repairs and assist technicians with service orders.
• Coordinate daily shop schedule and workflow for efficiency.
• Monitor productivity and shop performance to meet labor targets.
• Use OEM diagnostic platforms (Cummins, PACCAR) and Snap-on/JPRO tools.
• Maintain inventory and order parts to complete service orders.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Class A driver's license (Preferred).
• Experience in heavy-duty diesel repair; diagnose complex issues.
• Leadership or shop management experience preferred.
• Proficient with Cummins and PACCAR OEM diagnostics; Snap-on/JPRO.
• Ability to manage workflow, technicians, and productivity.
• Reliable schedule; pass drug and alcohol screenings; license required.
