🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in account management, sales, or client success
• 3+ years with health insurance agencies or health insurance industry
• Proven ability to grow revenue within existing accounts
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• Comfort with CRM systems and data-driven account planning
• Bonus: SaaS, marketplace, or platform-based experience
