• Shape roadmap by surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Improve discovery, testing, and go-live processes for implementations.
• Represent technical perspective in cross-functional strategy sessions.
• Hybrid role in Minneapolis/NYC; onsite 3 days weekly.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in technology implementations, healthcare focus.
• Deep SaaS implementation knowledge in payer contexts (Medicaid, etc.).
• Proven ability to build repeatable processes and manage risk.
• Exceptional communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to explore AI tools to improve productivity.
