Special Projects Intern (Volunteer/Remote) at Abuse Refuge Org
Job Description
Must be available to volunteer 10+ hours a week (minimum of 2 logged hours per day).
Complete Google Classroom modules as assigned by the department Supervisor.
Must be able to share, like, and comment on our social media channels daily.
Autonomous working alone and effective in collective collaboration with others on assignments.
Design and implement monthly fundraisers (if applicable).
Maintain high productivity and meet all project deadlines while operating remotely.
Possess a highly functional computer and adequate Wi-Fi.
Attend monthly company meetings and department meetings (if applicable).
Must always maintain professionalism and a high standard of conduct.
Please note: As part of our volunteer program, we ask all volunteers to actively engage with our organization's social media platforms by liking, sharing, or commenting on posts to help spread awareness of our mission and initiatives.

Completed or working towards a college degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, nonprofit management, social entrepreneurship, marketing, counseling, or other relevant majors but remains flexible).
Effective communicator, written as well as oral form.
Detail-oriented, proactive, a love for organization and administration, ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Must be exceedingly well organized, reliable, proactive, flexible, and dedicated to assisting in a support role.
Proficient in social media including LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.
Previous internship or related experience is a plus.
