Job Description
📋 Description
- Coordinate shipment, receipt, registration, and inventory of external samples.
- Lead external sample shipping to Redwood City per project plans.
- Lead receipt of external samples with project teams and Facilities.
- Troubleshoot and optimize external sample receipt with project teams.
- Lead registration and inventory of received samples in ELN.
- Contribute to quarterly inventory checks against ELN inventory.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with 4-6 years biotech/academic lab experience.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across functional areas.
- Prior experience in biotech/pharma, lab management, procurement, or inventory management.
- Experience with Benchling is a plus.
- Self-starter, proactive, able to work independently and in small teams.
