Job Description
📋 Description
- Test and troubleshoot molecular biology, ligand binding, and protein assays.
- Perform qPCR, ddPCR, and nucleic acid extraction.
- Conduct ligand binding assays including ELISA.
- Characterize proteins via chromatography, electrophoresis, and light scattering.
- Execute experimental plans and analyze samples per standard procedures.
- Present project status updates to AD team and maintain documentation.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with 2+ years biotech or fast-paced lab experience.
- Experience generating high-quality, reproducible data with accurate documentation.
- Knowledge of protein and DNA chemistry.
- Experience with molecular biology, ligand binding, or protein characterization assays.
- AAV-based gene therapy experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with SoftMaxPro, QuantStudio, Empower, or similar software.
