We are looking for a detail oriented, tech savvy professional to support our Billing operations. In this role, you will partner closely with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate billing, timely account updates, and exceptional service experiences. If you enjoy problem solving, navigating multiple systems, and helping customers find solutions, we’d love to meet you.
Must Haves
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• 1+ years of customer service experience or related background.
• Strong multitasking skills and comfort working across multiple platforms.
• Attention to detail and a mindset focused on identifying root causes and resolving issues.
• Highly customer service oriented and committed to creating positive experiences.
• Highly organized and reliable in managing tasks and deadlines.
Nice to Have
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or NetSuite.
• Associate degree or higher.
• Experience with SaaS billing processes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce navigation.
• Experience with Zendesk ticket management.

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally supporting billing or account-related work.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and solving customer issues with patience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that are clear, professional, and customer friendly.
• Detail driven mindset with the ability to identify root causes and improve processes.
• Experience with Dynamics GP, NetSuite, Salesforce, or Zendesk is a plus, but willingness to learn is equally important.
What You Will Do
• Managing customer billing inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and problem solving focus.
• Processing account updates, adjustments, and billing changes across multiple systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Researching and resolving billing discrepancies by identifying root causes and coordinating with internal teams when needed.
• Navigating multiple platforms and tools to review account data, verify information, and deliver timely updates.
• Responding to support tickets and customer questions through our communication channels in a clear, helpful manner.
• Maintaining organized records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

We offer a salary range of $45,000-55,000 USD per year, with compensation tailored to your background, strengths, and potential to grow within the team. The salary range listed for this role reflects our commitment to pay transparency and is based on market data, internal equity, and the scope of responsibilities. compensation will be determined by a combination of factors, including the candidate’s experience, skills, and the specific team or product area they support. We regularly review compensation across the company to ensure fairness and consistency.
