📋 Description

• Lead and oversee testing strategy, planning, and execution for IT projects.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Guide end-to-end testing lifecycle (SIT, UAT, performance tests).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software testing; 2+ years in test management.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools (JIRA, HPALM).
• Experience leading large IT projects with complex integrations.
• Insurance domain experience a plus.
• Experience testing web, mobile, and enterprise apps.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
