📋 Description
- Provide 2nd level technical support to customers and partners
- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on critical issues
- Reproduce issues, file bug reports, coordinate fixes
- Analyze logs, Java stack traces, thread dumps
- Write knowledge base articles and share knowledge
- Available for occasional after-hours and 24x5 shift readiness
🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Java or Python
- SQL queries and relational databases experience
- JSON and REST APIs; experience with Kibana
- Ability to quickly understand our business applications
- 4+ years in Level 2 support at a SaaS company
