📋 Description

• Oversee recruitment across multiple locations (Zurich, Germany, USA and more)
• Develop and execute global recruitment strategies via job boards, social media, events
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates in robotics, software, computer vision, PM
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and priorities
• Stay informed on industry trends to inform recruitment strategies
• Continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and candidate quality

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter in fast-paced tech environments
• Strong understanding of autonomous robotics and related tech
• 3+ years recruiting in Germany and local tech landscape
• Build relationships with diverse stakeholders in international env
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and recruitment tools
• Strategic, proactive, results-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with ATS and HR software
• English fluent, German nice-to-have; EU citizenship required
