Job Description
- 8-10+ years of experience building production-grade software
- Expert-level proficiency in C# with .NET 5 (minimum)
- Mastery of SOLID principles and design patterns applied to complex financial systems — non-negotiable
- Deep expertise in SQL Server or similar relational databases
- Experience with Repository Pattern, Unit of Work, and ORM best practices (Entity Framework Core or Dapper)
- Advanced cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Solid experience with React JS, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Strong TDD skills — non-negotiable
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently, make architectural decisions, and own deliverables end-to-end
