📋 Description

• Support day-to-day CRM campaign execution (email, push notifications)
• Build and schedule campaigns in CRM tools with targeting and timing
• Manage live customer communications (promos, lifecycle campaigns)
• Assist content localization across channels and audiences
• Perform QA before launches for a smooth customer experience
• Act as a key operational link between planning and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Currently studying for a BE/MA in Belgium (business/economics/marketing)
• Available for a 6-month internship (up to 12 months possible)
• Comfortable working in English; French and/or Dutch a plus
• Basic familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel
• Interest in CRM tools or marketing automation is a plus
