📋 Description

• Conduct customer meetings and research to identify use cases.
• Translate use cases into specs and prompts for AI tools.
• Leverage AI platforms to generate, refine, and iterate code.
• Troubleshoot AI-generated code to ensure robust solutions.
• Document technical specs, API docs, and user guides for modules.
• Collaborate with product, design, and support for integration.
• Research new AI tools and methodologies to improve quality.
• Enforce coding standards for AI-assisted development.
• Monitor performance, scalability, and security; optimize as needed.
• Provide guidance on AI development paradigms to peers and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years progressive software engineering experience.
• Experience with full SDLC from concept to deployment.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language and frameworks.
• Experience with AI-powered code generation tools and prompt engineering.
• Experience with testing architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
• Relational and/or NoSQL databases, advanced SQL querying, and data modeling.
