• 5+ years in digital advertising; 2+ years in Commerce/Retail Media

• Advanced programmatic expertise; SSP/DSP mechanics and SPO

• Identity graphs, RampIDs, clean rooms, cookieless addressability

• Proven track record managing high-value accounts and growth

• Confident presenting insights to senior stakeholders and C-suite

• Strong analytical skills; multi-workstream problem solving
