Why this role exists
Enterprise GTM is changing.
The best teams are moving away from generic outreach and toward highly personalized, high-quality experiences that actually resonate with buyers.
The problem is that most teams canât execute this consistently. Itâs too slow, too manual, and too dependent on other teams.
Thatâs where Mutiny comes in.
We need AEs who can help customers understand this shift, see whatâs possible, and adopt a fundamentally better way of going to market.
What youâll do
Youâll own the most important metric in the business: net-new revenue.
Youâll take deals from first conversation to close, working with B2B revenue teams to help them rethink how they break into and expand target accounts.
Youâll run strong discovery, understand real business problems, and show how Mutiny changes the way teams operateânot just what the product does.
Youâll also use Mutiny itself to run highly personalized outbound into your target accounts, showing rather than telling.
Youâll work closely with leadership to refine and scale the sales process, and bring insights from the field back into product and GTM strategy.
Youâll leave every deal, and every customer interaction, better than you found it.

Why you shouldnât apply

What you bring
- 5+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS (mid-market or enterprise)
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Strong discovery and storytelling skills
- Ability to tie product value to real business outcomes
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure
- Experience at a high-growth startup (Series AâD) is a plus
- High standards for yourself and your team
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, New York City

Compensation
Mutiny offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
Estimated OTE: $250,000
