🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in brand guidelines, visual merchandising, and team management
• Strong storytelling, styling, and spatial design
• Deep understanding of American vintage and contemporary apparel
• Excellent communicator of brand concepts and visual standards
• Background in color and texture theory
• Proven ability to scale visual merchandising across locations
