• Coordinate intake and onboarding for patients and caregivers; single point of contact.
• Educate/assist applicants through the application and enrollment process.
• Meet monthly metrics for starting patients on Care and call handling.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience handling high-volume inbound/outbound calls.
• Customer service mindset with empathy, active listening, patience.
• Salesforce proficiency and detailed case notes.
• Ability to resolve issues over the phone with eager clients.
• Strong typing and computer skills to resolve issues.
• HIPAA compliance.
