Associate Sales Representative at WalkMe
Job Description
WalkMe, an SAP company, pioneered the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) to enable business leaders to fully harness technology in today's complex digital landscape. By leveraging WalkMe's features—guidance, engagement, insights, and automation—employees boost efficiency, executives gain greater visibility into digital usage, and organizations maximize their digital assets, driving successful digital transformation.
Together, SAP and WalkMe form a powerful partnership that revolutionizes the digital transformation journey. This collaboration allows businesses to unlock the full potential of SAP's robust ERP solutions while seamlessly enhancing user experience and productivity with WalkMe's intuitive digital adoption platform.
As an Associate Sales Representative (ASR), you will report directly to the Director of Business Development in the San Francisco office. Your main goals are to collaborate with our Account Executives to open up important business opportunities for WalkMe. It will also require more strategy than a standard pipeline development role. You will be tasked with mapping out accounts we want to sell to and creating strategic plans for opening discussions with them. Your performance will depend on your ability to expand WalkMe's client base.
What You'll Own
- Expand WalkMe's client base by researching and targeting prospective accounts to create net-new selling opportunities
- Identify and create cross selling opportunities within customer accounts
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads; this includes adhering to the SLAs set for follow up on inbound leads (MQLs)
- Use creative communications designed to increase customer interest in WalkMe products
- Research prospective clients and acquiring high-level contacts
- Book initial qualification and/or discovery meetings for AE's within your assigned accounts
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
- Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate pipeline; maintain a high volume of activity including outbound cold (and warm) calls, emails and social selling
- Evangelize WalkMe and the Digital Adoption model
