🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5-6+ years experience in consulting, IB/PE, or fast-growing startup.
• Curious to learn across business areas and pull levers to grow.
• Ability to operate independently and dive deep on ambiguous projects.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functionally; proactive and clear communicator.
• Fluency in using AI tools to enhance problem-solving and analysis.
