📋 Description
- Fully own the L&D strategy across core capability areas.
- Lead a team of three Centerfielders (player-coach role).
- Design and deliver development experiences for leadership and soft skills.
- Facilitate workshops and programs for Mid-Level Leaders to Senior Directors.
- Partner with Instructional Design and LMS teams to scale learning.
- Own end-to-end program execution and measure impact.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, Education, or related.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- 10+ years in Learning & Development with leadership programs.
- Strong coaching and facilitation for leaders up to Senior Director.
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
- End-to-end program delivery from strategy to execution.
