- End-to-end lifecycle of new ad formats from concept to launch.
- Docs & specs: write PRDs and user stories for Eng/Design.
- Market Research: analyze competitors and user needs for interactive ads.
- Experimentation & Analytics: set up A/B tests; monitor CTR and engagement.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: align Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
- Product QA: lead internal QA to ensure ad units render on all devices.

- SQL proficiency
- Tableau and Looker data visualization
- A/B testing
- AdTech/digital advertising familiarity
- Wireframing and requirements gathering
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field
