- Own the success and growth of key US retailer accounts.
- Primary contact for senior client stakeholders; lead reviews and WIPs.
- Advise on retail media monetization and go-to-market strategy.
- Drive adoption of QSIC solutions via onboarding and training.
- Translate campaign data into clear client narratives.
🎯 Requirements
- 6–10+ years in client success or related roles (retail media, SaaS).
- Proven track record growing high-value client relationships with revenue impact.
- Strong commercial acumen; experience with revenue targets and renewals.
- Experience with retailers or retail media networks preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
