Machine Learning Research Scientist, Generative Biology at Output

📋 Description

• Design and develop generative models for biological data (molecules, proteins)
• Implement diffusion models, language diffusion models, and diffusion transformers
• Train and scale AI models on large multi-modal biological datasets across distributed GPUs
• Tackle model architecture, scaling, pre-training, fine-tuning, evaluation
• Explore transformers, diffusion models, and autoencoders to advance bio AI

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CS Eng, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
• PhD with 2 years research or Bachelor's with 4+ years in DL/AI
• Strong publications in top AI venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
• Hands-on experience building/training generative models (diffusion, GANs, VAEs, flows, autoregressive)
• Proficient in Python and at least one major DL framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX)
