Software Engineer (Staff / Sr Staff) at Equilibrium Energy

📋 Description

• Lead design, development, testing, delivery, and support of software systems across our stack.
• Build agentic systems to automate workflows and enhance products.
• Develop cloud-native platform and infrastructure (K8s, containers).
• Build data platform with streaming, batch, pub-sub pipelines.
• Advance ML engineering and MLOps across the product lifecycle.
• Design workflow orchestration and service mesh for distributed apps.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for clean energy and fighting climate change.
• BS/Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Software development experience in Python, TypeScript, Go, Julia, C, or Rust.
• 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience building agents and working with LLMs.
• Expertise in Python or TypeScript; Dagster orchestration experience.
