- Advise on hiring decisions, market insights, and compensation alignment.
- Support performance management, development, and retention strategies.
- Manage employee relations and policy compliance across teams.
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in HR, HRBP, or HR Generalist
- Experience supporting talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment
- Strong understanding of employee relations and employment practices
- Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments (consulting or tech preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (CPHR or equivalent asset)
