📋 Description

  • Run employee advocacy program end-to-end from onboarding to publishing
  • Ghostwrite and design 20+ LinkedIn posts per month across formats
  • Review and update Dust agents monthly
  • Train ~40 sales reps; run kickoff sessions; produce guides/templates
  • Manage internal content hub (Slack, weekly picks, leaderboard)
  • Maintain and improve content tools and processes

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B SaaS content marketing or social media
  • Proven LinkedIn ghostwriting experience at scale
  • Hands-on experience with employee advocacy and social selling
  • Proficient with Taplio or similar LinkedIn tool; Notion, Dust, Canva
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Highly autonomous — manages 40 sales reps
