📋 Description
- Run employee advocacy program end-to-end from onboarding to publishing
- Ghostwrite and design 20+ LinkedIn posts per month across formats
- Review and update Dust agents monthly
- Train ~40 sales reps; run kickoff sessions; produce guides/templates
- Manage internal content hub (Slack, weekly picks, leaderboard)
- Maintain and improve content tools and processes
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years B2B SaaS content marketing or social media
- Proven LinkedIn ghostwriting experience at scale
- Hands-on experience with employee advocacy and social selling
- Proficient with Taplio or similar LinkedIn tool; Notion, Dust, Canva
- Fluent in English and French
- Highly autonomous — manages 40 sales reps
