• End-to-end journey test: IVR, queue, agent, chat, routing profiles

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related
• 3–6 years software testing experience
• Hands-on Amazon Connect testing
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience with AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3
• React.js and Python; Postman for API testing
