Job Description
- Practical experience with Oracle Responsys, including:
- Audience segmentation
- Email creation and quality control
- Scheduling and publishing
- Reporting and performance analysis
- Ability to convert Figma designs into accurate, responsive emails.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple approval processes.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience with other CMS or CRM platforms if AEM is not used.
- Knowledge of best practices for email development (responsiveness, accessibility, tagging).
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with design, marketing, and technology teams.
