• Engage with prospects to understand business processes and goals.

• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and support proposals and demos.
• Run technical deep-dives and Q&A sessions for prospects.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable Product/Engineering insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in presales/technical consulting with strong relationships.
• Experience with enterprise retail, especially grocery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for business and technical audiences.
• Strong project management: planning, risk, timelines, stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven insights.
• Willing to travel extensively across NA.
