Job Description

📋 Description

  • Define and execute global partnerships strategy across influencers, affiliates, and startups.
  • Build scalable partner infrastructure: tiering, onboarding, governance, and playbooks.
  • Lead and develop a team of 4 Partnership Managers with coaching and priorities.
  • Own key partner and influencer agency relationships in priority markets.
  • Establish measurement framework (CAC, revenue, incrementality) with reporting.
  • Grow and optimize affiliate channel end-to-end: pipeline, terms, commissions, performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Partnerships and/or Performance Marketing experience in B2B SaaS (MarTech a plus).
  • Proven track record scaling paid influencer programs internationally.
  • Experience managing influencer agencies across markets (briefing, QC, accountability).
  • Strong understanding of affiliate/publisher growth levers and commercial terms.
  • Analytical mindset with CAC, LTV, attribution, and paid-channel economics.
  • Leadership of teams (3+ people) with coaching; fluent in English.
