- Develop and lead overarching Influencer strategy across all brands to drive growth.
- Define creator mix (macro to micro) to meet brand objectives.
- Build/refine influencer operating model: sourcing, contracts, compensation, guidelines.
- Identify growth opportunities across YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Manage high-value relationships with influencers, streamer talent, agencies, and management teams.
- Oversee end-to-end influencer lifecycle: sourcing, planning, vetting, activation, optimization.
🎯 Requirements
- Lead influencer programs end-to-end in gaming or mobile apps.
- Proven success with performance-driven creator programs and KPIs (CTR, ROAS).
- Expertise in creator analytics, audience assessment, brand safety, evaluation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and partnership management.
- Highly organized, proactive; able to lead multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English.
