📋 Description
- Manage vendor, contract, PO and invoice workflows; file contracts.
- Plan/coordinate team meetings and internal events; vendor contracts.
- Provide basic project management for external healthcare events.
- Assist onboarding: workplaces, IT equipment, and processes.
- HR point of contact for Italian Cytokinetics employees; liaise with EU functions.
- Hybrid role: onsite in Milan 3 days/week; general office duties.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 4 years in managing business processes in healthcare/pharma.
- Proven track record supporting senior management in startup-like env.
- Solid knowledge of Italian pharmaceutical compliance regulations.
- Advanced proficiency with office software and contracts management systems.
- Excellent Italian and English written and oral communication.
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
