📋 Description

• Join HRIS product engineering team in SF; ship features to production.
• Work with senior engineers and dive into AI agent development.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in JS/TS and React; strong written/verbal comms.
• Backend skills in Ruby on Rails and/or Go; API design.
• Experience with ADKs (Google ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI) or similar.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini); prompts and tool use.
• Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design.
• Nice to have: RAG pipelines and vector DBs (Pinecone/pgvector).
