- Manage cap tables, cash, tax, compliance, audits, budgeting, forecasting.
- Lead evaluation and execution of alliances, acquisitions, investments.
- Develop forward-looking views: pro forma P&Ls and cash projections.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and scale operations.
- Compensation: $150k-$200k plus meaningful equity.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years leading finance in lean SaaS/AI startups; FP&A exp.
- Experience negotiating software licenses with large enterprises.
- Ability to make quick decisions and handle ambiguity.
