Senior Product Manager - Prepaid Cards at Tremendous

📋 Description

• Own prepaid cards end-to-end; sole PM for this area (issuance, lifecycle).
• Collaborate with banks, networks (Visa/Mastercard), processors, wallets, leaders.
• Define and manage the product roadmap; resolve ambiguity.
• Frame problems clearly to guide engineers and designers.
• Conduct user interviews, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Work with designers/engineers to craft solutions; async, low-meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building and shipping web apps as a designer, engineer, or PM.
• 2+ years as a PM in startup environments (growth-stage).
• Experience with card products (prepaid, debit, or credit).
• Strong product intuition.
• Strong design judgment and technical fluency.
• Ability to translate long-term strategy and backlog into roadmaps.
