📋 Description
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key APAC advertiser and agency relationships
- Meet with clients regularly to review performance and deliver recommendations
- Design and manage regional partner programs that drive spend growth
- Coordinate end-to-end program delivery across internal teams
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and support data-driven decisions
- Advocate for partner feedback to shape product and strategy
🎯 Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, or Cantonese Chinese (required)
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- 2+ years in partner success, account management, client success, or digital advertising operations
- Knowledge of digital advertising — paid search, display, sponsored listings, or e-commerce media
- Proficiency with data and operations tools such as SQL, Salesforce SFDC, or Zendesk
- Strong analytical mindset — able to interpret data and translate it into clear recommendations
