📋 Description

• Build real-time intelligence view of self-serve funnel; flag deviations
• Run weekly business reviews; own agenda, data, and narrative
• Own end-to-end experimentation for self-serve funnel; maintain registry and learning archive
• Track experimentation velocity and win rate; build learning systems
• Design dashboards and tooling for channel owners; ensure measurement quality
• Partner with Strategic Finance on self-serve financial model and scenario analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in growth ops, strategy, or marketing analytics in fast-growing software/internet
• Built growth operating systems: dashboards, experiment tracking, business reviews, forecasting
• Led recurring business reviews with senior leadership
• Worked with finance on forecasting/model assumptions
• Strong analytical skills: SQL, attribution, experimentation design, modeling
• AI tools expert; accelerates insights; PLG/self-serve/vertical SaaS exp a plus
