- Prototype fast in Figma and AI tools to validate ideas with users early.
- Build and own an enterprise design system in Figma with tokens/docs.
- User research and validation: interviews, usability tests; translate findings.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years UX/UI design with a strong portfolio; fintech/data tools preferred.
- Expert-level Figma: components, tokens, auto-layout, advanced prototyping.
- Data-heavy interfaces: dashboards, tables, analytics for large datasets.
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; starts from incomplete info.
- Drives clarity; aligns stakeholders; advances work.
- Frontend basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript for feasibility discussions.
