📋 Description

• Lead and grow the Data & AI practice, defining offerings and delivery standards
• Partner with clients to shape data and AI solutions and drive outcomes
• Contribute to pre-sales: solutioning, proposals, client presentations
• Build senior client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Lead cross-functional teams across data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML
• Collaborate with sales to expand engagements and win new business

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in data, analytics, and AI with hands-on and leadership
• Consulting or client-facing background
• Pre-sales experience: shaping solutions and supporting deals
• Financial services/capital markets experience preferred
• Data platforms, AI/ML, and data architecture expertise
• Leadership in managing teams delivering complex data/AI projects
