• Partner with regional leadership to understand hiring needs
• Create and execute search strategies to source active and passive candidates
• Manage candidate experience with integrity and proactive communication
• Negotiate salary and terms with the selected candidate
• Own APAC onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle processes
• Ensure APAC employment laws compliance and audits

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years HRBP/TA/HR Ops with APAC focus
• Strong understanding of APAC employment laws
• Balance operations with HRBP duties in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, with strong communication skills
• Workday required; ServiceNow and Ashby preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus local HR certification
