Requirements

5+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering.
Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS in production environments.
Strong experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub (pipelines, repos, permissions).
Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and build agents on Windows and Linux.
Solid Windows and Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred).
Ability to work in ticket-based, ad-hoc environments with competing priorities.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience using AI tools to improve or automate DevOps workflows.

Nice to Have

Experience with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS), Docker, Helm, and observability tools.
Familiarity with security best practices, SaaS environments, and onboarding-focused teams.

Responsibilities

Fulfill onboarding-related DevOps and operational requests for new customers.
Provision environments, pipelines, repositories, and cloud resources.
Administer Azure DevOps and GitHub repositories, including permissions and workflows.
Troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, build agents, and dependency issues.
Support artifact management and integrations with registries and package systems.
Provide operational support across Azure and AWS environments.
Implement and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
Administer Windows and Linux systems for build agents and application support.
Monitor systems, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
Develop automation, templates, runbooks, and documentation to improve onboarding efficiency.
