What You'll Do:
Support the creation and growth of our CDB funding book from the ground up
Interface with Investment Platforms
Monitor market conditions to identify the best timing and strategies for CDB issuance
Track competitors and benchmark rates, volumes, and strategies across the market
Build and maintain reports and controls using Excel and SQL
Analyze data to support decision-making on pricing, funding, and allocation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and improve financial products
Use AI tools to enhance analysis, productivity, and insights
What You'll Need to Succeed:
~1+ year of experience in financial markets, preferably with CDB or fixed income products
Experience in banks, brokerages, or financial institutions dealing with similar instruments
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
Working knowledge of SQL
Proficiency in Excel for controls, analysis, and reporting
Understanding of how CDBs work, including market dynamics and funding strategies
High agency: ability to take ownership and drive things forward with autonomy
Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-changing environment
Interest in using AI as part of your daily workflow
Experience using AI tools for analysis or automation
Advanced English
Nice to Have:
Experience with Python or other data tools
Previous experience in funding, treasury, or liabilities management
Exposure to pricing strategies or financial product structuring
