📋 Description
- Own end-to-end invitation communications for Regional Gatherings.
- Manage and improve the invitation funnel; document and systematize.
- Draft attendee communications in Praxis voice and quality standards.
- Maintain attendee data in Airtable across stages.
- Coordinate on-site logistics with speakers, guests, and VIPs.
- Lead process oversight to scale operational systems.
🎯 Requirements
- Excellent written comms in an organizational voice.
- Experience owning high-volume invitation/outreach processes.
- Strong event operations, vendor mgmt, and on-site delivery.
- Proficient with Airtable and data hygiene.
- Experience building email automations (Mixmax) and Zapier workflows.
- Strong PM and multi-time-zone coordination.
