Adolescent Addiction Therapist - LCSW, LMFT, LPC at Blackbird Health

📋 Description

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to adolescents and young adults (ages 10–26).
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on progress.
• Deliver hybrid therapy (telehealth and in-person) with after-4pm ET and weekend availability.
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and other specialty providers.

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed in Pennsylvania as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• 1+ year of experience providing individual therapy to children and adolescents.
• Experience delivering therapy via telehealth or virtual settings.
• Flexibility to work after 4pm ET and weekends.
• Strong documentation, communication, and clinical judgment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid role with at least 10 onsite hours per week.
