📋 Description

• Own and maintain the City Ecosystem Airtable, the master city records
• Coordinate city assessment outreach and synthesize notes into clean records
• Manage the tiering and resourcing logic for city support
• Track city progression over time to inform strategy
• Develop local partnership frameworks and document terms
• Build and maintain the Airtable infrastructure powering the city pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning a community management or ongoing engagement function
• Strong written communication in an organizational voice
• Program or project management with end-to-end ownership
• Proficiency in Airtable or similar data tools
• Experience managing vendor or contractor relationships
• Ability to design and maintain playbooks, templates, and operational infrastructure
