• Own and run core People Ops: payroll, contracts, lifecycle, compliance
• Ensure accurate, reliable, and timely HR operations
• Maintain and improve employee records, documentation, and HR systems
• Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve People Ops workflows
• Build scalable processes across countries and introduce automation
• Act as trusted partner to leadership on people topics

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in People Operations or HR in a fast-growing environment
• Strong knowledge of German labor law
• Experience in international or multi-country setups
• Strong ownership mindset; operate independently
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Fluent in English and German
