🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3-4 years of Atlassian tools experience (Jira/Confluence)
• Advanced knowledge: monitoring, logging, Git, networking, security, and DB
• Leadership skills to mentor and lead cross-functional teams
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Excellent English communication with stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
