- Own the day-to-day office experience and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Be the go-to person for employee needs
- Plan and execute events and employee experience initiatives
- Manage vendors, logistics, and office operations
- Work with budgets, track expenses, and manage invoices
- Use modern tools (including AI) to improve workflows and experiences
🎯 Requirements
- 1-2 years in office management or HR operations (startup a plus)
- Passion for creating experiences and producing impactful events
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven
- A true people person with a positive, can-do attitude
